MasterCard and Microsoft partnering new digital identity solution

In order to provide internet users the option to dispense with multiple passwords and verifying them online instantly, MasterCard and Microsoft are partnering for a new digital identity solution. 
It was also announced by the company that they will develop a decentralised product that will alleviate the burden on the individuals when it comes to providing the digital or physical proof for identity during the online verification process. 
The product will also be helpful for the customers in creating reusable identity that can help people during the interaction with banks, e commerce merchants and other digital service providers at low cost.
